• Mission: This person ensures accurate financial data entry, organizes essential accounting documentation, and supports general accounting and administrative functions.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OA applications

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Documentation: Manage all accounting documentation, including organizing and communicating with third parties.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently for various financial records.
• Asset Support: Assist with the physical counting and reconciliation of inventory and fixed assets.
• Document Management: Take responsibility for sorting, binding, and archiving financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, and reports.
• System Operations: Execute data entry within SAP and review applications processed through OA systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Bonus: Chinese language proficiency.
