What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Portfolio Management: Take responsibility for maintaining a designated portfolio of clients, which involves meticulously handling all aspects of customer billing and diligently managing accounts payable specifically related to those customers. This ensures smooth financial transactions for the client base.
• Operational Team Collaboration: Act as a key resource for the brand management team, assisting them by thoroughly reviewing expenses, carefully verifying time entries, promptly answering any financial questions, and efficiently providing necessary financial documents as requested to support their client engagements.
• Accounts Receivable Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts receivable, meticulously checking for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and working towards timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow and financial stability for the company.
• Monthly Reporting: Proactively generate and accurately distribute a variety of essential monthly reports, providing critical financial insights to the accounting team and other relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Month-End Contributions: Play an active role in the month-end closing process by diligently preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and contributing to other crucial tasks required to finalize the financial period accurately and on schedule.
