What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Processing: Accurately perform the daily entry of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices directly into the ERP system, ensuring precision in all financial records.
• Document Management: Systematically organize and meticulously maintain the filing of various accounting documents and crucial records for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Vendor Remittances: Efficiently prepare and dispatch remittances to a diverse range of vendors and suppliers, supporting timely and accurate payments.
• Office Supply Inventory: Proactively manage the office supply inventory, which includes regularly ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
• Financial Support: Provide critical backup support for Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry as required and assist with a variety of other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the team.

• Experience: The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of supporting daily financial operations through precise data entry and administrative assistance, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, and good written and verbal communication abilities for internal and external interactions. The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is also essential.
• Bonus: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a valuable asset. Additionally, proficiency with various ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is highly preferred.
