What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and accounting assistance to support the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments.
• Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records, generate relevant reports, and record a wide range of transactions, adhering to standard practices and procedures.
• Basic Data Analysis: Perform simple analysis of data and financial situations where conclusions are easily identified, contributing to informed departmental activities.
• Information Communication: Communicate effectively with contacts outside of the immediate job area to gather, confirm, clarify, and interpret necessary information.
• Objective Attainment: Set and work to achieve personal work objectives and contribute to the broader business targets and goals of the department.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance work, along with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Skills: Proficient computer literacy, including strong command of Microsoft products and Excel, and demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP.
