What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare and support recurring accounting and reporting deliverables with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist: Assist with reconciliations, schedules, and documentation related to ongoing projects.
• Maintain: Maintain organized and up-to-date records within internal systems.
• Respond: Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Improve: Follow established processes while learning best practices and contributing to efficiency improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a demonstrated understanding of general ledger activity and basic accounting principles.
• Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience, which may include internships, part-time roles, or accounting-related work completed during college.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication skills.
• Bonus: Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
