The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Lendistry, with some travel potentially required across US locations. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of the business, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial statements. Your work will directly support the accounting team’s ability to meet organizational goals and provide essential financial data to the executive team for budget maintenance.

• Pay: $76900–$87500 yearly

• Mission: Maintain the financial integrity of the business and ensure accurate, timely processing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials.
• Tech Stack: NetSuite, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data for short- and long-range planning, enhancing existing reports for accuracy.
• Reconciliations: Prepare monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Transaction Management: Process daily cash applications to AR journal entries and substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Compliance & Support: Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and assist fellow accounting staff with overflow tasks.
• Audit & Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, year-end audits, and prepare schedules and reports as requested by auditors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field of study.
• Experience: NetSuite or other accounting software experience required.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Well organized and detail oriented.
• Bonus: 1-2 years accounting experience.
