Accountant, JV & VIE | CoreWeave
The Tone:
This is a full-time, US-based role at CoreWeave. CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, building a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. As a publicly traded company since March 2025, it serves leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises. This role is crucial for keeping the funding side of CoreWeave’s joint venture arrangements moving, coordinating capital draw payments, and managing the draw calendar within a rapidly expanding accounting team.

• Team: Sits within the Leasing, Joint Venture, VIE and Construction Accounting team and reports to the Manager, JV & VIE Accounting.
• Mission: Own the coordination and tracking of capital draw payments for joint venture arrangements, ensuring timely funding and clear communication.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Coordinate capital draw payments for JV arrangements from request through approval and funding.
• Prepare: Prepare and assemble draw packages, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent with JV operating agreements.
• Manage: Own the capital draw calendar, managing submission, approval, and funding deadlines across multiple JV arrangements.
• Build: Build strong working relationships with JV partners and senior internal stakeholders across accounting, treasury, legal, and project teams.
• Maintain: Maintain organized records of draw requests, approvals, and supporting documentation, ensuring files are audit-ready.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Understanding of accounting, finance, treasury, or business/project coordination principles.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of relevant experience. Proven ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple concurrent workstreams, even when faced with ambiguity or incomplete data.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong Excel skills.
• Bonus: Experience coordinating payments, funding processes, or capital calls (e.g., from treasury, lending, fund administration, or title/escrow backgrounds). Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A desire for direct insight into how large-scale JV arrangements are funded, with room for growth into a JV accounting role.
