What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the daily operations and strategic objectives of the accounts receivable cycle, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of AR business functions.
• Collect: Handle collections and consistently follow up on outstanding invoices in a timely and professional manner.
• Report: Generate and analyze AR aging reports regularly, identifying any issues or potential risks.
• Reconcile: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Assist: Support the month-end closing process by conducting research, making correction journal entries, posting accrual entries, and preparing financial statements.
