What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Confidentiality: Expertly handle sensitive and confidential financial information, ensuring the highest level of discretion and unwavering accuracy in all dealings to protect the firm’s interests.
• Process Accounts Payable: Execute the comprehensive full cycle accounts payable process, which includes the diligent processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other essential basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Oversee Procurement Flow: Ensure meticulous tracking, timely payment, and efficient delivery of all purchase orders and associated purchases, maintaining a seamless and effective procurement workflow.
• Support Cost Reduction: Actively assist in critical vendor negotiations, contributing directly to the achievement of significant cost savings for the firm through diligent and strategic efforts.
• Drive Standardization: Proactively implement and enforce standardization across all payment terms and supplier credit agreements, enhancing efficiency and consistency in the firm’s financial operations.

• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a fundamental requirement, making this role suitable for an early-career professional seeking to apply their academic foundation in accounting within a demanding financial services context.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of direct experience in accounting, or equivalent internship experience, with a specific focus and demonstrated proficiency in processing Accounts Payable.
