What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Process weekly accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Review: Review employee expense reports and their supporting documentation for compliance.
• Maintain: Maintain organized and accurate accounting records for operational integrity.
• Support: Assist with reconciliations and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Resolve: Collaborate with departments across the organization to research and resolve financial discrepancies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, establishing the foundation for an entry-level career.
• Experience: 0-3 years of accounting experience, with internships and relevant entry-level roles counting significantly. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; ability to comfortably learn new processes and manage multiple priorities; collaborative, curious, and eager to develop a broader accounting skill set.
