As we scale operations, manage vendors, salaries, and daily cash flows, having a strong accounting backbone is critical. That’s where this role comes in.

Why We’re Hiring This Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accountant who can own our day-to-day financial records and work closely with the founders and our Chartered Accountant (CA). This role is essential to keeping Flickd financially clean, compliant, and well-organised as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Manage salary processing, payouts, and payroll records.
• Maintain books of accounts including expenses, income, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate closely with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TDS, compliance, and filings.
• Track invoices, bills, and payment schedules diligently.
• Assist founders with basic financial reporting and cash flow tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and uphold strong accounting hygiene.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proven experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and expense tracking.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Ability to work closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in work.
• Prior experience working with a CA or audit process is a plus.
