What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Management: Records all routine and any non-recurring accounting entries accurately into the general ledger system.
• Reconciliation: Prepares thorough account reconciliations to ensure balances align with the general ledger.
• Report Generation: Prepares various financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Report Review: Reviews financial statements and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Analysis: Performs both routine and special project financial analyses to support business insights and decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s level degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, though compensation may vary based on qualifications and prior experience in relevant accounting functions.
• Skills: Expertise in recording accounting entries, performing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements and reports, and conducting financial analyses.
• Bonus: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
