What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Develop journal entries and execute account reconciliations to support financial operations.
• Manage: Oversee asset tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for Bozeman Health and its affiliates.
• Lead: Direct the annual physical inventory process, including its validation across the organization.
• Compile: Gather Foundation accounting records and generate required financial reports.
• Maintain: Keep records and produce reports for health and benefit plan accounting functions.
• Support: Prepare and assist with workpapers and data for annual budgeting, auditing, and regulatory reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Two (2) years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, asset management, financial reporting, inventory management, strong communication, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential and one (1) year of healthcare experience.
