What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Support day-to-day accounting activities and month-end processes.
• Data Integrity: Review financial data, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting issues.
• Reporting Assistance: Support financial reporting and general accounting analysis.
• Team Contribution: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, partnering with accounting and finance team members on ongoing initiatives and ad hoc projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an early-career professional.
• Experience: Approximately 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency; analytical ability and attention to detail; ability to review financial information and identify discrepancies; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Public accounting or Big 4 experience; experience working within a mid-to-large organization; currently pursuing a CPA; strong academic background.
