This role is critical for managing full-cycle accounting activities, ensuring the production of accurate financial statements, and supporting operational departments for effective revenue recognition. • Mission: Own the full cycle of accounting activities to ensure financial data integrity and timely reporting, supporting company-wide financial and operational goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Cycle: Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, financial result analysis, and financial reporting narratives.
• Revenue Recognition: Partner with operational departments to ensure effective contract processing and appropriate revenue recognition.
• Account Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts within assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with accounting and other departments to implement changes and complete special projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, consolidation, or reengineering within accounting workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with an understanding of general ledger accounting.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, specifically in general ledger accounting within a large multi-site corporate environment.
• Skills: High proficiency in Excel, analytical skills, self-motivation, ability to work as a team player, and availability for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, CPA certification, experience in timeshare, real estate development, property management, or hospitality accounting, public accounting experience, and familiarity with Oracle accounting software.
