This Accountant position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with management, external accountants, and the parent company while supporting the full spectrum of accounting operations. The role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting financial reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for the company.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
• Bank Management: Manage company bank accounts and perform all necessary bank reconciliations.
• Financial Closing Support: Support the successful execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, along with other ad hoc financial reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience: Experience with monthly and annual closing processes.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy; strong interpersonal skills.
