What You’ll Actually Do
• Monthly Closing: Review expense ledgers and prepare documentation for monthly financial closings.
• Expense Management: Manage employee expense reimbursements and company credit card accounts.
• Asset Review: Review fixed asset schedules, depreciation expenses, and prepaid expense schedules monthly.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and process journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and analyze financial information for various reports, including annual and quarterly statements.
• Accounting Guidance: Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the company and provide accounting principle guidance to other departments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of accounting experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered.
• Skills: Solid understanding of accounting practices and controls, strong analytical and research skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in MS Office.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Korean and English, multi-state tax experience, CPA or EA.
