Account Manager II, Agricultural Services | TD Bank

• Mission: Expand the commercial agricultural services portfolio, maximize existing customer relationships, and conduct credit analysis to drive profitable business growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Management: Lead all aspects of account management, credit, and operational risk for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
• Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to proactively attract, acquire, and retain commercial customers, promoting the full suite of TD Bank’s products and services.
• Credit Analysis: Prepare high-quality credit applications with thorough risk assessment and due diligence for the portfolio, and ensure timely credit renewals and compliance with guidelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Oversee account monitoring, identify and manage risks to the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational risk requirements.
• Market Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of the agricultural market, economic factors, and industry trends to provide value-added service and mitigate bank risk.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced working Professional with an Undergraduate/Graduate degree. Possesses core domain knowledge in the commercial business segment, credit management practices, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in originating new business and relationship management of existing commercial customers.
• Skills: Credit analysis and risk assessment, sales strategy development and execution, relationship management and customer service, negotiation, and understanding of market/industry dynamics within agricultural services.
• Bonus: Associate Program completion.
