Account Executive | 3Headed Monster

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at 3Headed Monster, located in Dallas, TX. 3Headed Monster is an independent creative agency that blends storytelling, design, and strategy to help clients achieve their marketing goals. This Account Executive role is crucial for owning smaller client workstreams and supporting larger projects, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and quality standards are met across all deliverables. The individual in this position will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams, contributing to the agency’s ability to produce effective creative work.

• Location: In-person, Dallas, TX
• Team: Reports to senior Account leadership within the Account team.
• Mission: To own assigned small and medium workstreams, ensure project accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations between clients and internal teams.
• Tech Stack: Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Calendar, Gemini), Asana (a plus)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Drive the execution of assigned projects, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and budgets are managed effectively, and aligning client timelines with internal schedules.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for specific workstreams and facilitating clear, timely communication between clients and internal teams.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously review all outgoing materials, performing thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, adherence to project briefs, and alignment with client feedback.
• Operational Support: Coordinate and prepare for all meetings, manage necessary documentation, and ensure all project files are organized and archived according to established agency processes.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in various internal and client meetings, document key discussions, and circulate meeting recaps and next steps promptly to ensure team alignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; a solid grasp of general agency roles, rhythms, media, and production knowledge.
• Experience: 2-3 years working in a creative agency, including prior support for senior account teams with production or shoot preparation.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities; highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills; resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Bonus: Experience supervising entry-level talent; proficiency with Asana; a cautiously optimistic outlook with strong people skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
