What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Generation: Generate new business leads by prospecting and qualifying small-size companies across the U.S.
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through consistent cold calling efforts.
• Solution Education: Consult with and educate businesses on simplified shipping solutions.
• Presentation: Lead presentations with executives and owners of businesses, effectively presenting solutions through cost-benefit analysis.
• Client Onboarding: Close deals, activate new accounts, and train decision-makers on the exclusive shipping platform.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level sales professional with a competitive and motivated mindset, demonstrating a strong drive for new business development.
• Experience: Proven success in generating and qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a ‘hunter’ mentality is expected. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Skills: Candidates must possess high energy, exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, and carry themselves like an executive. Essential traits include strong business acumen, intuition, organization, attention to detail to drive profitability, and the ability to think strategically about client’s long-term business strategy. Comfort in a quota-driven, results-oriented environment is also key.
