Account Coordinator | EP+Co
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, full-time role at EP+Co, located in Greenville, SC, with a hybrid schedule that includes remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. • Team: Supports the account team and has dual reporting into the Project Management function.
• Mission: Assists with coordinating and managing day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client, ensuring projects adhere to client objectives, meet deadlines, and achieve agency quality standards.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of client and internal meetings, including scheduling, travel coordination, material preparation, catering setup, room setup, note-taking, and meeting summary report generation.
• Project Initiation & Tracking: Open new jobs, create work orders and job numbers, request quotes and estimates, assist with creating production schedules, and traffic open jobs by routing files, proofs, and approvals.
• Status Reporting: Maintain client and team status reports, proactively communicating job status to the account team, other agency departments, and clients as appropriate.
• Client Billing: Assist with preparing and delivering final production estimates, track open jobs against budgets, review all job invoices for accuracy, compile invoices and back-up for client billing books, and track billable time against project staffing plans.
• Competitive Research: Gather and report data on client competitors’ use of creative, media, PR, interactive, and other marketing mediums, including general industry trends and consumer information, and assist with preparing competitive audits.

• Background: Seeking a recent college graduate.
• Experience: 1 year of previous work and/or internship experience in an agency or communications setting, or in a project management function.
• Skills: Attention to detail, organization, time management, problem-solving, initiative, strong work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility, adaptability, energy, enthusiasm, hospitality, customer service, strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in communications or advertising.
