This is an early-career rotational development program located in Tulsa, OK. BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that includes BOKF, NA, BOK Financial Securities, Inc., and BOK Financial Private Wealth, Inc., operating various banking divisions. This program is designed for graduate and undergraduate students to gain broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and organization. The role is important as it prepares individuals for a successful career within BOK Financial by developing essential financial, analytical, and technical skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Start your career by gaining broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization.
• Rotational Training: Complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule within the line of business, engaging in day-to-day work experiences.
• Skill Enhancement: Participate in classroom sessions, on-the-job training, computer and technical training, and self-study projects to enhance financial, analytical, and technical skills.
• Business Impact Projects: Complete project work that provides direct impacts and adds value to the line of business.
• Professional Development: Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers, and receive 1 on 1 coaching with ACT Management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree. This is an early-career role designed for students to start their professional career.
• Experience: Not explicitly required, as this program is for entry-level individuals.
• Skills: Aptitude for learning, analytical thinking, and the ability to build authentic relationships are essential for success in this development program.
• Bonus: Overall GPA of 3.2. Relevant work experience. Excellent leadership skills. For Commercial and Wealth roles: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, 9 hours of accounting, and 12 hours of Finance courses. For IT/IS roles: Coursework completed in MIS, CS, or Security.
