The Tone:
This is a full-time accelerated career track program at BOK Financial, located in Tulsa, OK. BOK Financial is a stable and financially strong organization that operates several banking divisions including Bank of Albuquerque, Bank of Oklahoma, and Bank of Texas, along with investment management services. This rotational development program is designed for graduate and undergraduate students to gain broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization. The role is critical for developing future talent who will make an impact on the success of the bank, its customers, and their own careers within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule designed to enhance financial, analytical, and technical skills.
• Training & Development: Engage in classroom training sessions, line of business overviews, and credit analysis training with case study work.
• Project Execution: Conduct project work that delivers direct impacts and value to the assigned line of business.
• Relationship Building: Foster professional relationships with managers, leaders, and peers throughout various departments.
• Professional Coaching: Receive one-on-one coaching for professional development from the Accelerated Career Track Management team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who has completed a Bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.2.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this program.
• Skills: Demonstrated aptitude for financial and analytical tasks, ability to learn technical skills, and an interest in project-based work.
• Bonus: Excellent leadership skills, relevant prior work experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (for Commercial and Wealth positions), completion of 12 hours of Finance courses (for Commercial and Wealth positions), or coursework in MIS, CS, or Security (for IT, IS positions).
