What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule, experiencing various departments within the line of business to gain comprehensive exposure to the organization’s operations.
• Skill Development: Engage in structured classroom sessions, in-depth line of business overviews, specialized Credit Analysis training, and practical case study work to enhance your financial, analytical, and technical capabilities.
• Project Contribution: Undertake and deliver impactful project work that adds direct value to the line of business, applying learned concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Relationship Building: Proactively build and cultivate authentic relationships with managers, leaders, and peers across the company, contributing to a collaborative growth-oriented team culture.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Benefit from continuous professional development, including personalized one-on-one coaching with Accelerated Career Track (ACT) Management.
• Hands-on Training: Participate in on-the-job training, computer and technical training, and self-study projects as part of your comprehensive development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position requiring the successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree with an overall minimum GPA of 3.2. The program is designed for both graduate and undergraduate students.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is formally required for entry into this accelerated development program.
• Skills: Demonstrated foundational analytical aptitude, understanding of financial concepts, and an ability to quickly grasp technical information, as the program aims to enhance these core skills.
• Bonus: Candidates who demonstrate excellent leadership skills, possess relevant prior work experience, or have specific coursework in Finance or Accounting (for Commercial and Wealth positions), or MIS, CS, or Security (for IT and IS positions) are preferred.
