This is a full-time, entry-level development program at BOK Financial, located in Houston, TX. This program is designed to build long-term careers by providing broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry and the organization through a structured rotational development schedule.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Houston, TX
• Pay: $75000 yearly
• Mission: Enhance financial, analytical, and technical skills to prepare for a career within the organization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a 15-18 month rotational development schedule within the line of business to gain broad industry and organizational knowledge.
• Complete: Execute a variety of program goals, projects, training, and assignments that provide direct impacts and value to the line of business.
• Train: Undertake a comprehensive training regimen including classroom sessions, on-the-job training, computer and technical instruction, and self-study projects.
• Develop: Foster professional relationships with managers, leaders, and peers, and receive 1-on-1 coaching from ACT Management for professional growth.
• Learn: Participate in credit analysis training and complete case study work as a core component of the program curriculum.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.2. This is an entry-level development program.
• Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical aptitude, financial understanding, and technical proficiency; strong initiative, coachability, and grit; ability to build authentic relationships.
• Bonus: Excellent leadership skills; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; completion of 12 hours of Finance coursework.
