• Mission: Execute day-to-day fieldwork on accounting, auditing, and certain tax engagements to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procedures: Execute various audit, review, compilation, and accounting procedures under direct supervision.
• Statements: Prepare accurate financial statements.
• Reconciliations: Prepare and reconcile account schedules as required.
• Observations: Perform year-end inventory observations.
• Communication: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information or clarify issues.
• Certification: Actively pursue CPA certification.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field.
• Experience: Entry-level position; proficiency in the use of computers and basic software applications.
• Skills: Above average written and verbal communication skills, ability to perform under time pressure and meet deadlines, and ability to travel by air and vehicle with personal transportation for client assignments.
