Player Profile (Intern Requirements):
• Education: Currently enrolled in a certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program.
• Graduation Window: Graduating between May 2026 – July 2027.
• Availability: Available for a 12-week internship starting in late-May or mid-June.
• Location: Currently residing in the US or willing to relocate oneself to the US.
• Skills & Qualities:

Internship Opportunities Details:
• Format: All internships will be conducted in-person. Hosting managers will determine the specific in-office schedule.

Specific Internship Role: 3D Character Art Internship
This role involves working closely with the 3D Character Art Team on Overwatch. The intern will contribute to creating memorable heroes, villains, and creatures for the game’s worlds. This opportunity includes collaborating with concept artists, riggers, animators, and designers to produce high-quality character assets ready for rigging and animation.
Required Skills for 3D Character Art Interns:
• 3D Modeling: Skilled in a traditional 3D modeling package such as 3DS Max or Maya.
• Digital Sculpting: Proficient with digital sculpting software like ZBrush or equivalent.
• Material Creation: Experience with creating PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials.
• Anatomy: Strong understanding of anatomy.
• Portfolio: Portfolio samples that demonstrate an understanding of Overwatch’s visual style (stylized realism, strong shape reads, bold color).

Compensation:
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $20.00 – $50.00 Hourly. This range reflects expected base pay for new hires across all U.S. locations. The specific offer will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, performance, and work location. Employees in this role may also be eligible for incentive compensation, though it is not guaranteed. New hire compensation is negotiable.
