This is for Grace’s 2026 Summer Internship Program, offering project-based work within the disciplines of Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. The work accomplished by interns will be integral to creating solutions and streamlining processes, directly addressing Grace’s day-to-day business needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Wage: $22.50 – $33.50. The final hourly wage will be determined based on several factors, including candidate qualifications and experience, geographical location, market conditions, and business considerations.
Other Compensation: A $3,000 stipend will be provided to all students.
Benefits: N/A (no specific benefits are listed).

General Internship Details:
Duration: 12 weeks.
Dates: June 1st – August 14th (without any interruptions, except for company holidays).
Location: Columbia, MD.
Work Type: Paid hourly, with all projects being on-site.
Experience & Development: The internship guarantees valuable work experience, aiding in career definition and personal aspirations. Interns will also participate in networking and professional development activities.
Post-Internship Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will be considered for Grace’s Commercial Leadership Program (CLP).

Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) Overview (Post-Internship Opportunity):
Program Type: A three-year immersive program designed to accelerate leadership development.
Location: Grace’s Columbia, MD headquarters.
Target Audience: High-potential recent bachelor’s graduates.
Structure: Participants rotate through three year-long assignments.
Rotation Areas: Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Support: The program provides ongoing support, coaching, and training to strengthen leadership skills.
Goal: To enhance understanding of Grace’s commercial business areas and prepare participants for future business leadership roles.

Required Qualifications:
Academic Status: Applicants must be entering their junior or senior year of a bachelor’s degree program.
Graduation Date: Must have a graduation date of May 2027 or May 2028.
Majors: Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Availability: Ability to work the entire duration of the program (June 1st – August 14th) without any interruptions, other than company holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
Communication: Clear and excellent communication skills.
GPA: A minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0.
Interest: Demonstrated interest in Grace’s Commercial Leadership Program (if eligible).
Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new environments effectively.
Technical Skills: Experience working with Microsoft (MS) Suite.

Examples of Past Business Internship Projects:
Realign: Projects focused on realigning and mapping combinations of market sectors, global customers, products, performance/functionality, and end-use. The goal is to enable cleaner, more detailed sales and market activation data for improved customer segmentation, market activation targeting, and forecasting.
Fierce: Projects involving building the foundation for a technologically sound competitive intelligence database. This database would be leveraged by various departments including sales, marketing, business development, and R&D.
Supply Chain Enterprise Improvement Program related Projects: This category includes diverse projects such as Customer Service Projects, Logistics and Warehousing Projects, and support/documentation/improvements for the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
