The TL;DR

• Type: Co-op/Intern, 1st Shift
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Pay: $18–$25 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Vice President of Operations; works under an assigned Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator.
• Mission: To gain hands-on construction management experience by supporting project teams and seasoned professionals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Direction: Work under the direct supervision of an assigned Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other seasoned construction professionals to learn and contribute to projects.
• Participation: Participate in hands-on construction management activities, gaining practical experience.
• Assignments: Your internship assignments may be located at a job site or within the office, depending on company needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Must be available for the entire duration of the co-op/internship period (e.g., summer, spring).
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, verbal communication, and detailed written communication skills.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Bonus: Availability for travel on an as-needed basis.
