Job Description:

Vedder Price is seeking 2L students for full-time summer associate positions in their 2026 Investment Services program in Chicago and Washington, DC offices. The program offers students with a demonstrated interest in Investment Services the opportunity to focus on this area and receive in-depth training.

As a summer associate, you can expect:

Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following:

• Your resume.
• An unofficial copy of your first-year law school transcript (first semester grades acceptable if second semester not available yet, with updated transcript to follow).
• A cover letter expressing your interest in the specific practice area (Investment Services) and location (Chicago or Washington, DC).

Partial applications will not be given consideration. While students from all law schools are welcome to apply, applicants must have a geographic tie to the office to which they are applying. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.

Compensation:

$225,000 annual
