About the Job: 2026 Finance Internship Program – Early Careers

This is an early career development program offered by Wells Fargo’s Finance organization, specifically the 2026 Finance Summer Internship.

Program Overview:
The internship is a ten-week program designed to provide undergraduate students with a comprehensive introduction to Wells Fargo. It aims to offer a high-level understanding of the company’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. The experience is structured to provide a blend of business and professional developmental training opportunities, incorporating real-world experiences to prepare interns for a potential career at Wells Fargo.

Intern Placement Areas:
Interns will be placed in one of several finance groups based on their location, degree, interest, and business needs. Potential areas include:

• Corporate & Strategic Finance
• Chief Operating Office Finance
• Investment Portfolio

In This Role, You Will:

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027. Preferred majors include Accounting, Business Data & Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration/Business Management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills. Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participation in extracurricular enrichment activities such as volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad programs, leadership positions, or non-profit involvement.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge, interests, and/or experience in the financial services industry, corporate accounting, managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics.

Program Details:
Duration: 10 weeks, scheduled from June to August 2026 (exact dates are to be determined and subject to change).
Locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Irving, TX. These locations are subject to change and contingent on business needs.
Work Authorization: Wells Fargo will only consider candidates who are currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: The base pay offered for this position ranges from $18.00 to $65.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
