Job Description:

CBRE Investment Management is offering a paid, full-time 2026 Internship Program in New York City. The 10-week internship is designed for motivated undergraduate or master’s degree students interested in investment management and real estate.

Internship Highlights:

Hands-on Experience: Work in various areas such as finance, analytics, private infrastructure, or strategic partnerships, with opportunities to contribute to cash flow modeling, data analysis, investor reviews, and property model maintenance.
Networking and Learning: Engage with CBRE IM leaders and the broader CBRE organization, participate in executive webinars, team meetings, and social events.
Capstone Project: Showcase your abilities through a capstone project at the end of the summer.
Potential Full-Time Opportunity: Potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role in the future.

Qualifications:

• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math with a graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Argus and cash flow modelling.
• Computer Science, data analytics or similar degree minors/certificates.
