Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers various summer internships across multiple departments, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. Interns will participate in rotational shadowing to gain a holistic understanding of the business. Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a chosen function (such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Construction, Procurement, or Land Development).

Finance Internship Specifics:

• The Finance internship focuses on acquiring critical reporting literacy essential for understanding the complex homebuilding business.
• Interns will learn about land acquisition, financial analytics, and advising on business decisions.
• They will work as a “financial bridge” connecting various departments, partnering with sales and field construction teams.

General Internship Details:

Responsibilities: Contribute to meaningful projects, participate in rotational shadowing across various departments, and potentially deliver a capstone presentation to leadership.
Training: Receive centralized training and development opportunities throughout the summer.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities. Schedules are flexible, but mirror the team’s typical work patterns.
Compensation: $20/hour (may vary based on position and location). Benefits include participation in the Company’s 401(k) Plan.
Duration: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks). Schedule adjustments may be made based on individual needs.
Currently pursuings: High school diploma or equivalent; authorization to work in the United States; minimum sophomore undergraduate or graduate student status preferred; minimum 2.5 GPA preferred; strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, or construction; excellent communication, organizational, and tech skills (especially Excel and Microsoft Teams); a curious, coachable, and action-oriented attitude. Extracurricular involvement is a plus.
