Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry and build a strong career foundation. Internships are available in various departments, including Marketing, and offer rotational shadowing opportunities across multiple functions and departments.

Marketing Internship Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, email, web).
• Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
• Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
• Assist in SEO projects, including blog posts and website content.

General Internship Details:

• Interns work alongside experienced professionals, mirroring the team’s schedule and flexibility.
• A holistic understanding of the homebuilding process is gained through rotational shadowing.
• Meaningful contributions to projects are expected.
• Centralized training and development opportunities are provided.
• Internships culminate in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.
• Internships are primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities.
Internship Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks) – Schedule adjustments may be made.
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $20/hour (Pay varies by position and location).
Benefits: Participation in the Company’s 401(k) Plan.
• A capstone presentation or final project may be included.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Undergraduate or graduate student enrollment (or recent graduate from the semester preceding the internship).
• Minimum sophomore status preferred.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred.
Skills:** Curious and coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, professional verbal and written communication skills, strong tech-savvy competency (Excel and Microsoft Teams), strong organization skills, self-motivation, learning agility, bias for action, and a strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry. Extracurricular activities are a plus.
