Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry and build a strong career foundation. Internships are available in various departments, including marketing, sales, construction, procurement, and land development.

Internship Program Highlights:

Rotational Shadowing: Interns gain a holistic understanding of the homebuilding industry through rotational shadowing opportunities across different functions and departments.
Meaningful Projects: Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals in the intern’s designated function.
Training and Development: PulteGroup invests in interns’ continued development through centralized training and development opportunities.
Capstone Presentation: Interns conclude their experience by showcasing their work and ideas in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.

Marketing Internship Specific Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, email, web).
Asset Management: Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
SEO Projects: Assist in SEO projects, including blog posts and website content creation.

General Internship Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old; authorization to work in the United States; enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student (minimum sophomore status preferred); minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or similar fields.
Skills & Qualities: Curious, coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, professional communication skills (verbal and written), strong tech skills (Excel, Microsoft Teams), strong organizational skills, self-motivation, learning agility, bias for action, and a strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry. Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Internship Details:

Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks); schedule may be adjusted.
Hours: 40 hours per week; schedule depends on the position.
Compensation: $20/hour (varies by position and location).
Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Format: Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities.
Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).
