Job Description:

CBRE is seeking a 2025 Sales/Brokerage Intern for the summer in Greater Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time internship designed for current college students (undergraduate or graduate) interested in a career in commercial real estate. The program aims to provide a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills through hands-on experience.

Key Aspects of the Internship:

Learning and Development: The internship accelerates learning and development by providing a strong foundation for a commercial real estate sales career. The program includes learning and development activities specifically designed for interns.
Hands-on Experience: Interns will work alongside dedicated professionals at CBRE, gaining practical experience in the field.
Service Line Exposure: The program offers an outstanding perspective on CBRE’s coordinated service lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct company, property, and industry-specific research.
• Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database.
• Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials.
• Track local and regional activity, including economy, employment statistics, company activity, industry trends, and demographics affecting the local real estate market.
• Contribute to projects in support of business development.
• Provide support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, and financial analysis.

Internship Details:

Dates: June 9, 2025 – August 1, 2025
Location: Greater Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)
Note: No relocation assistance or local housing is offered.

What You’ll Need:

• Current college junior, senior, or graduate-level student, graduating in 2026.
• Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience with MS Office (intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.

Compensation:

• The minimum salary for the Intern position is $17.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $18.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
