Woke Chicago

Woke Chicago is a Black-led non-profit founded in 2020, established in response to cries for racial injustice and COVID-19’s impact on communities of color. We disrupt well-being inequities by providing trauma-informed movement and mindfulness programs to under-resourced Chicago communities and schools, addressing the significant lack of access to such instruction. Our mission is to reinvent a wellness culture rooted in unity, equity, and love, fostering change from the inside out.
