MDM Recruiting

MDM Recruiting specializes in connecting small-to-midsize companies, typically with 50 to 200 employees, with top finance and accounting professionals. We expertly place controllers, accounting managers, staff and senior accountants, FP&A analysts, and CFOs, ensuring candidates are an ideal fit for both the role and the team. Beyond finance, we also support clients in filling critical professional office positions across sales, marketing, project management, administrative, IT, and operations.

Our unique approach is defined by direct, expert engagement. Clients and candidates work exclusively with Marc McRoberts from initial contact through offer acceptance, guaranteeing a focused, consistent, and highly personalized recruitment experience. MDM Recruiting proudly serves businesses across Wisconsin and northern Illinois, including the Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicagoland areas.
