Kiva is an international non-profit expanding financial access to help underserved communities thrive worldwide. Through crowdfunded loans, Kiva has connected over 5 million people in 84 countries with more than $2 billion in funding since 2005, empowering financially excluded individuals like underbanked women, refugees, and climate-vulnerable populations. This vital work is driven by a global team of over 100 employees and 450 volunteers, operating from offices in San Francisco, Nairobi, Bangkok, and Bogotá.
