Job Title: Systems Analyst Intern
Team: PRISM Compliance Management team
Employment Type: Remote, paid internship
Purpose of the Role: This internship offers students the opportunity to support system documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. It aims to provide real-world insight into technology that drives diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Support system documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts.
• Help analyze system workflows and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside technical and client services teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and gain real-world insight into the technology behind DEI compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in software systems, data analysis, or tech consulting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a remote environment.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and on a team.
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM, project management tools, or web-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle or database systems.
• A passion for social impact, diversity, and inclusion.
