Role Overview:
Talentix is seeking a UI/UX Design Intern to join their Product & Design team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in a real-world design environment, focusing on enhancing their skills and contributing to product development. The internship is explicitly unpaid and requires immediate availability for onsite work.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• Design and develop various UI/UX artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, primarily utilizing Figma.
• Contribute to user research initiatives to gather insights and support the implementation of UX improvements.
• Actively participate in cross-functional collaboration with different teams.
• Engage in design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to refine design solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 0.5 to 1 year of relevant experience obtained through academic coursework or personal projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative tools.
• Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing your work and capabilities.
• Availability: Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA.
• Immediate Start: Capacity to begin the internship immediately.
• Terms Acceptance: Willingness to accept and adhere to the terms of an unpaid internship.
