Role Summary:
Cummins is actively seeking Active Duty military members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program. For immediate consideration, the primary role sought is a Diesel Technician.
Primary Locations:
• Scarborough, ME
• Alternate locations may include: Dedham, MA
Responsibilities (DoD SkillBridge Criteria):
Candidates for the SkillBridge internship must meet the following criteria:
• Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember.
• Must be separating from the Military within 4 to 12 months.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 8 weeks and up to a maximum of 6 months of SkillBridge internship.
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn from others on the job.
Compensation and Benefits:
• SkillBridge Internship: This is a military transitional program and does not provide direct compensation through Cummins during the internship period.
• Post-SkillBridge Employment: If selected for full-time employment with Cummins upon the successful completion of the SkillBridge program, you will be eligible for:
• A base salary rate commensurate with experience.
