• On May 22, 2024, a plan was announced to separate the Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner for shareholders.
• On January 15, 2025, a target completion date of November 1, 2025, was announced for the separation of the Electronics business (“Intended Electronics Separation”).
• DuPont will retain the Water business.

Spring Semester Co-op Availability:
• Candidates for Spring Semester co-ops must be available from January to April.

Compensation:
• The pay range for this role is $16.10 – $25.30 Hourly.
• Base pay is determined by factors such as the role’s level of responsibility and qualifications, the competitive market rate in the geographic location, and the individual’s skills, experience, education, certifications, and performance.
