Job Description (Production Assembly Intern):

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction Adherence: Accurately follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams provided for assembly tasks.
Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools and production equipment, always under supervision.
Quality Inspection: Inspect both individual parts and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
Data Documentation: Document relevant production data, including quantities produced, any errors encountered, or defects identified.
Professional Development: Actively participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and understanding.

Qualifications:
Education: Must be currently enrolled in high school, a vocational program, or college. Enrollment in an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Possess a basic understanding of mechanical tools and fundamental safety protocols.
Dexterity & Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
