Program Details:
• The Management Internship is a 12-week, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management.
• Throughout the program, interns will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. This collaborative environment aims to build a deep understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• The ultimate goal of the internship is to prepare interns to take on a management role in the near future.
