DuPont provides a comprehensive pay and benefits package. For this specific role, the pay range is $16.10 – $25.30 Hourly. Base pay is determined by factors such as the role’s responsibility level, competitive market rates, geographic location, and the individual’s skills, experience, education, certifications, and performance.

About the Job: Engineering Intern/Co-op

This opportunity is a paid internship and co-op program designed as a launchpad for students’ professional futures. Participants will gain more than just a glimpse into the professional world, working on real, impactful projects alongside experienced DuPont professionals. The program allows students to apply classroom knowledge to solve real-world challenges, thereby building essential skills, growing their professional network, and gaining exposure to a collaborative, inclusive workplace. Summer interns and co-ops must be available from May – August.

Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines.
• The degree program must be from an ABET accredited program.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
• Possess the legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction.
