Job description

This opportunity is a DoD SkillBridge program offered by First Division Consulting, Inc. It is designed for transitioning service members seeking to acquire practical administrative experience within a dynamic defense support setting.

Opportunity Type:
• Full-time, onsite internship.

Focus:
• Provides exposure to logistics and training operations, directly supporting warfighter readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, print, bind, and organize training materials for distribution to the Navy Fleet and Marine Forces.
Coordinate logistics with trainers and managers.
Support packaging and shipment coordination of training products, often in a fast-paced environment.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in strict adherence to security protocols.
Assist program staff with data entry, inventory checks, quality control, and material tracking.
Maintain office supplies and ensure training material staging areas are organized and prepared for missions.

Requirements:
Currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and consistently manage repetitive tasks.
Commitment to supporting military training and logistics functions.
Secret clearance required.
