Job Description
About This Role:
Forrester is seeking a Salesforce Intern to support the ongoing evolution and maintenance of its Salesforce platform. This role is part of Forrester’s summer intern program, which includes dedicated events and learning opportunities designed to support professional development. The position will be based in Forrester’s Cambridge, MA office.
As a Forrester Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
• Receive mentorship and continuous, transparent feedback from your supervisor and teammates.
• Participate in learning sessions with a wider community of Forrester employees.
• Collaborate with other Forrester interns in your cohort, fostering team growth.
• Partner with employees across different functions to gain an understanding of Forrester’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand high-level functionality and Forrester’s specific customizations of the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with the research and resolution of production issues and enhancements related to Salesforce.
• Participate in documenting new functionality implemented in each development iteration.
Job Requirements:
• Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited university.
• Demonstrated effective organization, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Must be an independent and motivated self-starter.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
