Job Description

This role is within the Clinical Performance Optimization team, a critical unit responsible for providing insights across various programs and lines of businesses within the company. The team focuses on process improvements, supporting project go-lives, and conducting reporting and analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Enhance existing program management/project management tools and reporting systems.
• Create portfolio-level reporting across multiple teams to provide a comprehensive overview.
• Learn various business areas within the company and document key business processes by creating process flows.
• Provide support for team meetings, including taking notes and facilitating discussions.
• Review and monitor key program dependencies to identify potential risks or overlaps.
• Perform analyses on complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
• Generate both ad hoc and repeat reporting to support the needs of multiple departments.

Minimum Qualifications
• For undergraduate students: Must be a junior or senior currently enrolled at an accredited institution, or have graduated within the past 12 months from the program.
• For graduate students: Must be currently enrolled at an accredited institution, or have graduated within the past 12 months from the program.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited school.
