About the Role:

The Real Estate Marketing Intern will be a crucial part of the team, responsible for creating engaging visuals and video content to support the company’s marketing efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting digital stories for platforms such as Instagram, Rednote, and WeChat, contributing to the overall brand image and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Design Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers and social media posts, using design software.
Edit Short-Form Videos: Produce engaging short-form videos optimized for various social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other similar platforms.
Shape Brand Visuals and Content Direction: Contribute creative ideas and insights to help define the brand’s visual identity and content strategy.
Iterate Based on Feedback: Actively incorporate feedback from the team to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.

Requirements:

Design Skills: Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent software.
Video Editing Skills: Comfortable with video editing platforms (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, iMovie) to create engaging and polished video content.
Interest in Real Estate/Luxury: Demonstrated interest in real estate, design, or luxury lifestyle branding.
